Laura has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field. She began her career as a certified medical assistant. With the love of medicine, a passion for caring, and a dedication to lifelong learning, she became a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is now using her experience as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. When not working on cases, Laura helps out the local school district as a transport nurse for special needs children. She also enjoys spending time with family and traveling the world with friends, one cruise port at a time.

Laura’s comprehensive experience allows her to advise legal professionals on specific medical and nursing issues in their cases. She analyzes and interprets complex electronic medical records, evaluating the medical and nursing care for adherence to or deviations from standards of care. She then helps develop a strategic plan which promotes faster and larger settlements for their clients.

Laura holds her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, New Jersey; and her Associates in Applied Science from County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey.

Ashley L. Sosebee

With over 20 years experience in various inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings, and over 18 years practice as a nurse, Ashley brings a broad knowledge base of expertise to thoroughly and quickly review cases. Her passion for excellence in quality and policy and thirst for knowledge are foundational in her case review and client interaction. She’s trained in completing record review/chronologies, medical cost projection, and completing cases qualified for Rule 1006. Ashley also functions as an administrator for Legally Yours. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with family & friends in the outdoors, kayaking, hiking, or running.
